While regular practice in surfing, skateboarding, or snowboarding can give you a slight edge, this sport is designed to be learned from the ground up. You’ll start in a prone position on a bodyboard and progress to standing, mimicking the techniques used in surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, and skimboarding.
